Royal suite
Round bed, red armchairs, under the eaves
Between Antwerp and Brussels
Grounds, a lake, an indoor pool under glass, and a house that takes no one but you. For a weekend, or for one evening.
Enclosed grounds, still water, a house that knows how to host. Nothing here is shared: the estate is let as a whole, for a few days or for a single evening.

The place
Past the gate, the city stops. Grounds, a lake, and quiet.
Everything turns around the water. The lake sits at the centre of the grounds, edged with wooden decks that carry a drinks reception as easily as a deckchair and nothing else.
Indoors, the same idea: places to settle into. A boudoir opening onto the garden, terraces, wicker chairs facing the glass. Elegant, slightly out of time — that is what gives the place its character.

Unwinding
An indoor pool under glass: here, summer lasts all year.
Under the glass roof, a pool edged with palms and wicker cabanas. You swim in November as you would in July, without changing a thing.
Next to it, the sauna, the steam room and the whirlpool. And in the bedrooms, bathrooms in marble and pebble that carry the same idea through the house.

Staying
Six bedrooms — no one has to drive home.
You go up to sleep and come back down in the morning to the dining room, the relaxation area and the bar. All of it under one roof.
Between the reception hall and the terrace, a boudoir stays at your disposal — and becomes an extra bedroom when there are more of you.

Hosting
Receptions, seminars, galas, conferences, photo shoots.
Three hundred square metres: 200 seated for a conference, 100 at table. Screen and projector mount on site, and the room is rearranged to suit your format.
The terrace is set up to suit the event. Book the whole estate and you have all of it: the hall, the grounds, the wellness area and the bedrooms.
For the table, the estate works with its own caterers — you don’t have to go looking.
